Long before RIZE Rentals was born, our founder, Michele Meza, was handed a box of keys and a stack of rent rolls printed on spreadsheets. The properties she inherited were struggling. Many were neglected, underperforming, and in need of someone willing to see their potential.

But Michele didn't just see buildings.

She saw families.

Having grown up in homes that weren't always safe or well-maintained, and later navigating life as a single mother renting properties before achieving homeownership, she understood firsthand what housing means to the people who live inside it. A home should be more than four walls and a roof. It should provide safety, peace, stability, and the opportunity to build a better future.

That belief became the foundation of her career.

Over the last decade, Michele has managed properties of every type, transformed struggling assets into thriving communities, and helped property owners create stable, long-term value. Her philosophy has always remained the same: leave everything better than you found it.

As her experience expanded into short-term rentals, another passion emerged.

Travel.

As a mother raising two daughters, Michele sought meaningful experiences that would create lasting memories and expose them to new places, cultures, and adventures. Along the way, she discovered that the places we stay often become part of the memories we cherish most.

That realization inspired a new mission.

RIZE Rentals was created to provide more than a place to sleep. Every property is thoughtfully designed to feel like a sanctuary where guests can leave behind the stress of everyday life, reconnect with the people they love, and experience the comfort of home while away from home.

Michele Meza is a veteran property manager, real estate investor, and hospitality professional with more than 10 years of property management experience and over 6 years specializing in short-term rentals.

Known for transforming underperforming properties into high-performing assets and creating exceptional guest experiences, Michele has managed everything from single-family homes and multifamily communities to large real estate portfolios across Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas.

Her approach combines operational excellence with genuine care for people. She believes that real estate is ultimately a people business and that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.

As the founder of RIZE Rentals and RIZE Enterprises, Michele is committed to creating spaces that generate value for owners, unforgettable experiences for guests, and stronger communities for future generations.

When she's not managing properties, you'll find her gardening, writing, or spending as much time outdoors as possible — whether that's on the lake, at the beach, or simply soaking up the sun. She's also deeply passionate about coaching others, having helped build multiple six-figure brands and teaching others about entrepreneurship, generational wealth, and financial literacy. For Michele, rising means bringing others with you.
